Job Opportunity: Join Lakecrest’s After-School Program Team!

Lakecrest is excited to announce new opportunities to join our after-school program team! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated members to join our school community who share our passion for providing engaging and supportive experiences for our students. All Lakecrest staff members must provide a Certificate of Conduct from the RNC. Experience in working with children is required.

Position 1: After-School Program Coordinator (1 position available)

  • Compensation: $25.00 per hour
  • Hours: 18 hours per week
    • Schedule: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
    • Additional Administrative Hours: 3 hours per week
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day activities and administrative tasks
    • Create a monthly schedule of events
    • Purchase necessary supplies
    • Develop staff schedules and manage replacements in case of illness or absence

Position 2: After-School Program Staff Member (2-3 positions available)

  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour
  • Hours: 15 hours per week
    • Schedule: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Actively engage with students during program hours
    • Facilitate activities and provide homework support
    • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment
