Welcome to Lakecrest Independent School

Founded in 1993, Lakecrest has been providing students with an exceptional education, a love of learning, the ability to think independently, and the confidence to reach their goals for over 20 years. Located in the heart of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, we offer small class sizes with one-on-one attention and a safe and nurturing environment for Kindergarten to Grade 10. Our thorough, well-planned program is coupled with French instruction and a variety of other activities including music, art, and sports. Our caring faculty and staff work with parents to form a close-knit community in support of all students.
