Each grade has one or two parents who act as the focal point/liaison between the Teachers, Head of School and Home & School Association. Their main responsibilities are as follows:

Obtain and maintain class parent email addresses
Communicate with class parents on behalf of the teacher
Collect monies when required (eg class project for auction; Teacher Appreciation Week; Gifts)
Act as focal point for Class Parent Rep Co-ordinator (Gillian Chapple) in relation to school wide initiatives (eg Teacher Appreciation Week, Thanksgiving Luncheon)
Disseminate information to Class Parents on school wide matters
Assist Class Parents on collectively coming together to create Class Projects with teacher and students
